BREEAM

The BREEAM environmental assessment system involves the compilation of a 'Building User Guide'. This document is designed to be a standalone guide for use by building occupants and Facilities Management personnel alike. It is a non-technical document that should briefly and simply inform the reader of the ecological and environmental impacts relating to the use of the building.

Like the O&M Manuals, the BREEAM assessments are only likely to become increasingly important as ecology and the environment figure more heavily in everyday life. We are now proficient in compiling these guides.

O&M I.T. International??!!

We have compiled an Operation and Maintenance manual for Vitrocsa, a Portugese aluminium window company. In addition to the obvious problems of dealing with a foreign based product and O&M legislation, we had to translate third party manufacturers' literature to English prior to completing the manual.
